Border security is national security. We cannot properly protect our country unless we know who is inside our borders. I will lead the charge to make Congress more responsive and pro-active when it comes to securing our borders (all of them) and keeping us safe.

- Hold employers accountable who knowingly hire illegal immigrants
- Give ICE agents the resources they need to do their jobs
- Enable local police to check the immigration status of anyone detained or arrested using technology like Secure Communities
- Ensure the Federal Government upholds the law
